Visiting professor: Mark Clayton, inviting professor: Antonio Fioravanti

Dr. Mark Clayton is a Full Professor in the Department of Architecture at Texas A&M University. He is currently the Director of the CRS - Center for Design and Construction. He served as Associate Dean of the College of Architecture from 2001 to 2005, guiding research and faculty hiring for the Departments of Architecture, Construction Science, and Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning. He also held the position of Interim Head of the Department of Architecture from 2006 to 2008. His research lab – the BIM SIM Group – is focused upon Information Technology and Computing (ITC) applied to design, construction and urbanism.
